I’m Claudiu Chiru and I love building businesses, relationships, teams, business lines, ideas and dreams.

I am realistic, analytical and look at any event from multiple perspectives. I like to learn constantly, to offer everything I have accumulated over time, experience, knowledge, a fresh way of seeing things, and to acquire new sources of growth and development, for both my clients and myself, personally!

Why did you begin this career as a consultant, coach, and mentor?

Because I felt that I could do more, that I could help, that I could participate in the development of the business environment.

Because I felt I could do a lot of good and bring joy and prosperity to those who want and embark on this journey.

Because I strongly believe in the development of local companies, the teams that make them up, and the improvement of our quality of life as a whole.

    my experience in middle and upper management

    In this position, I was responsible for the development of the business plan and its implementation in order to reach the set objectives.

    I negotiated contracts with suppliers, both locally and internationally.

    I reorganized the internal structure of the company, departments, and teams in order to increase performance.

    I also developed commercial strategies in line with the company’s objectives and optimized the product line, coordinating distribution and assessing financing needs. I conducted market research to identify new opportunities and oversaw a team of nine people with over 50 indirect reports.

    In this position, I have achieved the following:

    successfully implemented strategies that have led to a doubling of turnover from €6.4 million to €12 million.

    effectively integrated resources into a long-term business plan with process and procedure-based processes according to Lean Six Sigma methodology.
